- Cocoa powder, dark and unsweetened
- Vegetable shortening
- Flour (All- Purpose)
- Unsalted butter
- Baking soda
- Confectioner’s sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Keep vegetable shortening at room temperature
- Vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients for filling
- Beat flour, cocoa powder and sugar with baking soda in a large bowl.
- 1tbsp water and egg will be added to it and blend it well.
- Divide dough in half, and make small pieces in the form of cookies.
- Place it by wrapping it with plastic wrap for two hours.
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Line them in 2 inches distance.
- Bake until cookies get set properly. It will take ten minutes.
